Addressing a sea of supporters in Pendurthi, Deputy Chief Minister Budi Mutyala Naidu highlighted the significant transformation of the government schools under CM Jagan’s leadership. He stated, “The Mana Badi Nadu-Nedu scheme introduced by the YSRCP government to revamp the government schools on par with the corporate schools. The introduction of modern facilities and teaching methods has completely transformed the fate of AP government schools.”

The deputy chief minister accused Chandrababu Naidu of deceiving farmers and women of the state, as well as backstabbing his father-in-law to attain power. He said, “CM Jagan is credited for fulfilling his manifesto promises, waiving loans, and progressively raising the social security pensions of the elderly to Rs 3,000 starting next January as outlined in the election manifesto.”

Thanking CM Jagan for making Visakhapatnam, the executive capital of AP, Speaker Tammineni Sitaram said, “The decision by CM Jagan to declare Visakhapatnam as the administrative capital has attracted global companies to invest in the Uttarandhra (North Andhra) region. This move is expected to pave the way for substantial growth across diverse sectors, contributing to the overall development and civilization of the region in the future.”

Later, MP Nandigama Suresh drew a parallel between Chandrababu’s regime and CM Jagan’s administration, stating, “While Naidu ignored the welfare of the people, resulted in plunging the state into poverty wherein the poverty rate stood at 12% during previous TDP’s regime. Under CM Jagan’s administration, the poverty rate has come down to five percent thanks to his pro-poor policies.”

In Tuni, Minister Chelluboyina Venugopala Krishna commended CM Jagan for successfully implementing the Ammavodi scheme, effectively eradicating child labor in the state. He expressed, “CM Jagan’s policies resonate with the vision of his late father, Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, who pioneered free education through fee reimbursement.”

Taking a swipe at Chandrababu, the minister stated that during his 14-year tenure as chief minister, Chandrababu focused solely on the upliftment of a specific community. He cautioned the people, stating, “Falsehood is manifesting in six avatars as CBN, Pawan Kalyan, Nara Lokesh, Eenadu, TV5, and Balakrishna. Do not trust them.”
