We Shall Approach The Supreme Court For Vacation Of Stay

Mangalagiri MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy's lawyer Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy opined that the High Court had issued stay only on the memo issued by the ACB court, but not on the inquiry of the crime no.11, hence the ACB court of Telangana could continue its inquiry. Another lawyer, Arun Kumar, stated that the case would be pending and would pose no obstacles to the case's proceedings. He added that the High Court had issued only interim orders.
MLA RK opined that Chandrababu had been bluffing since a long time now and he had been warned not to go for a stay right at the time of filing the petition and had been challenged to face the case. He commented that Chandrababu had approached the High Court only out of fear for impending damage to his political future if he was proven guilty. He informed that the High Court had given the stay just for 8 weeks and that they would approach the Supreme Court, requesting for vacation of this stay. He also added that a review petition would be filed in the High Court with the same plea. RK supposed that the ACB court had ordered for reinvestigation of the case in the first place, believing that the proofs they had submitted were right.
