Tadepalli, April 19: The YSRCP Backward Classes (BC) Wing held a state-level executive meeting at the Party headquarters here on Saturday and fiercely condemned the coalition government’s atrocities and betrayal of BCs.
State Coordinator Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, BC Cell President R. Ramesh Yadav, Working President Naudu Venkataramana, former Speaker Tammineni Seetharam, former Ministers Jogi Ramesh, Karumuri Nageswara Rao, and Dharmana Krishnadas, pledged to restore social justice under YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s leadership.
After paying tributes to Mahatma Jyotirao Phule and Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy, alongside condolences for BC leader Kuruba Lingamayya, brutally murdered in the Sri Sathya Sai district, the leaders lauded YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for recognising BCs as backbone of the society.
Jagan had set up 56 corporations with 56 chairpersons and 612 directors, electing 32 BC MLAs, appointing 11 ministers, and issuing the BC Declaration. In contrast, they accused Chandrababu Naidu’s coalition of dismantling welfare schemes, illegally ousting a BC woman mayor in Visakhapatnam, and fostering a regime of “schemes nil, scams full.”
Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy called for exposing the coalition’s “fake news factories” and strengthening grassroots committees. Ramesh Yadav termed YS Jagan’s rule a “golden era,” contrasting it with Chandrababu’s derogatory remarks about BCs. Venkataramana urged BCs to showcase their strength, while Jogi Ramesh hailed YS Jagan as the modern Phule, delivering political power to BCs. Nageswara Rao demanded action against the coalition’s “Super Six” scams, and Krishnadas emphasized YS Jagan’s unwavering commitment to the poor, vowing BCs’ loyalty until their last breath.
The YSRCP BC Wing commits to a united revolt against the coalition’s oppressive rule, aiming to make YS Jagan CM
