Coalition govt failed to uphold Hindu values

Vijayawada, April 16: Former Vijayawada Central MLA Malladi Vishnu has sharply criticized the coalition government led by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, citing a severe breakdown of law and order in Andhra Pradesh. The government has failed to implement its promised "Super Six" schemes, leading to widespread public discontent. The coalition leaders are attempting to mask their failures by falsely branding former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy with religious allegations. YS Jagan visited Tirumala both before and after his padayatra, seeking divine blessings, and asserted that the coalition's inability to confront YS Jagan politically has led them to resort to venomous religious propaganda.
During TDP regime several temples were demolished during the Krishna Pushkaralu, which were later rebuilt under YS Jagan’s leadership. After Naidu returned as Chief Minister, several structures, including satrams and goshalas at the Kashinayana Kshetram, were demolished. Recent incidents in Tirumala, including the availability of egg biryani and liquor, as well as devotee deaths due to chaos, as evidence of administrative negligence. Home Minister Anita made irresponsible statements, equating such rhetoric to that of criminals, he said.
Vishnu criticised the coalition government is undermining Hindu values, citing Naidu’s refusal to permit temple construction on Vijayakeeladri and the appropriation of lands allocated by YS Jagan for religious structures. He praised Jagan for granting permissions and supporting temple constructions, claiming that only Jagan has safeguarded Hindu dharma. Vishnu also stated that attacks on Hindu values have intensified under Naidu’s regime, and that the approval of the Waqf Act has hurt the sentiments of the Muslim community. He urged the public to recognize these failures and hold the government accountable for its actions
