Tadepalli, April 30: YSRCP has lambasted Chandrababu for trying to undermine dharmic institutions and whenever he assumes office grave incidents occur at places of worship and the Sinhachallam incident is one among them.
Speaking to media here on Wednesday, official spokesperson Lakshmi Parvathi said, the sins committed by Chandrababu has been showing off in such tragic incidents with the collapse of newly built wall collapsing resulting in the loss of lives and injuries to the devotees waiting in the queue.
When he assumed office in 2014 over 40 temples were demolished and he once described himself as a non-believer and yet BJP has been supporting him. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on the other hand has governed the state looking beyond caste or religion.
They tried to eke out political mileage out of the Tirupati laddu issue and fell flat, the stampede during Godavari pushkarams and at Tirupati besides death of cows in large numbers all point towards toward anger of the divine towards coalition government, more so towards Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan, she said adding that such discord has been very frequent.
These untoward incidents happen only when the unworthy come at the helm. Nature will vent its ire in the form such incidents, she said.
The government should pay Rs 1 crore compensation to the kin of the deceased, she said and demanded the outcome of Tiruapti stampede inquiry.
