The Land Titling Act is not a decision of the State Government

Minister Dharmana Prasad Rao

Srikakulam: YSRCP leader and Minister Dharmana Prasad Rao while addressing the media on Monday, clarified that only after there is a consensus on the land titling act across the country and only after obtaining court clearances, it would be feasible to implement AP land titling act. The State Government have been reiterating on this matter earlier too.

“The Land Titling Act is not a decision of the State Government. It was the BJP central govt's decision to bring the new tilting act on lands, the central govt has been continuously pressurizing the state govt to bring the act. We cannot make any decision until there is some clarity on the consensus.” – Dharmana Prasad Rao said

“The Telugu Desam Party is currently in alliance with the BJP. They are trying to seize this opportunity to spread false propaganda and slander CM Jagan’s government with regards to the land titling act.” Dharmana Prasad further added

“Do not be under any illusion and believe anything from the yellow media propaganda. TDP's ideology involves seizing people's lands to establish businesses, whereas CM Jagan, in the last 58 months, has made it a priority to focus on providing housing to the poor, with 31 lakh house pattas being distributed.” – YSRCP leader further highlighted.
