YS Jagan honours Mahatma Phule on Jayanti

Tadepalli, April 11: On the occasion of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jayanti, former Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy paid floral tributes to the portrait of Mahatma Phule at his residence. 
In a statement shared on X, Y.S. Jagan remarked, "Jyotirao Phule was a guiding light for social equality and women’s education. He was a great social reformer who dedicated his life to the upliftment and educational progress of oppressed communities. On his Jayanti today, I offer my tributes." 
In the commemoration of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Jayanti, former Minister Jogi Ramesh, former MP Margani Bharat, MLCs K.R.J. Bharat, Lella Appireddy, R. Ramesh Yadav, Mondithoka Arun Kumar, Krishna District ZP Chairperson Uppala Harika, and YSRCP leaders Devineni Avinash and Uppala Ramu participated and offered tributes to Mahatma Phule’s portrait.

Meanwhile, YSR Congress Party paid rich tributes to Mahatma Phule at the party’s central office in Tadepalli. 
The leaders honored the statue of Mahatma Phule by offering floral garlands and observing a moment of reverence. The event saw participation from former Minister Jogi Ramesh, former MP Margani Bharat, MLCs K.R.J. Bharat, Ramesh Yadav, and Ishak Basha, along with party leaders P. Goutham Reddy, Kommoori Kanaka Rao, Ankareddy Narayana Murthy, N. Chandrasekhar Reddy, and others.
