CM Naidu’s luxury for self, iies for people: YSRCP

Tadepalli, April 13: YSRCP SC Cell President and former MLA TJR Sudhakar Babu came down heavily on TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu accusing him of constructing a lavish “Indra Bhavan” in Velagapudi with money sourced through commissions from capital region contracts. 
Speaking to the media at the party central office, the MLA revealed that Naidu purchased 5.16 acres of prime land in his daughter-in-law Brahmani’s name, showing the value as just Rs. 18.75 crore, while the market rate crosses Rs. 170 crore.
He questioned why Naidu, who attacked YS Jagan for a modest home, held a secret bhoomi pooja for his palace without inviting ministers or local leaders. Sudhakar Babu alleged that inflated contracts worth thousands of crores were handed to favoured firms without proper tendering, and kickbacks were funneled into private projects—including this mansion.
Pointing to Naidu’s past misuse of public funds for Jubilee Hills homes, party offices, and luxury stays, the MLA said Naidu thrives on lies, hiding palaces behind propaganda. He stressed that while Jagan files IT returns and lives modestly, Naidu uses public wealth for personal comfort and then demonises others.
“Naidu’s politics is built on lies, looting, and luxury,” said Sudhakar Babu, asserting that YSRCP will continue exposing this betrayal of public interest and Amaravati farmers.
