YSRCP focuses on cadre strengthening

Tadepalli, April 13:  In a move to further strengthen the YSR Congress Party from the grassroots level, a key coordination meeting with all affiliated wings of the party was held at the central office in Tadepalli. The meeting was chaired by Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, YSRCP State General Secretary and in-charge of affiliated wings.
The meeting focused on building the party’s organizational structure from the booth level up and preparing for future political challenges. Chevireddy emphasized that the party must identify and appoint committed, hardworking, and capable individuals to leadership roles. He stressed the need to complete committee formations across all levels on a priority basis.
Leaders highlighted that affiliated wings should act as the backbone of the party, playing a crucial role in mobilizing public support and countering the failures of the ruling alliance government. The meeting underlined the importance of exposing the government’s unfulfilled promises and anti-people policies through public outreach.
The role of affiliated wings in taking the party’s message to the masses was discussed in detail. The leadership also decided to hold structured training sessions to equip party workers with the skills needed for effective communication and organization.
Presidents and representatives of various affiliated wings participated in the meeting and discussed key organizational strategies. The meeting laid out a clear action plan to boost grassroots presence and prepare for intensified political activity in the coming months.
