False propaganda on Orvakal airport

Tadepalli, Feb 15: YSRCP official spokesperson Putha Siva Sankar strongly criticized Chandrababu Naidu and a section of media for distorting facts and misleading the public on Orvakal airport.

He stated that Chandrababu and Eenadu have a long history of manipulating narratives to suit their interests, and the issue of Orvakal Airport is yet another example of this pattern.

He clarified that it was during YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s tenure as Chief Minister that Orvakal Airport was named after Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. The announcement was made in a public meeting, and even the yellow media had reported this fact at the time. Despite this, Chandrababu Naidu and his associates attempted to create a false narrative by orchestrating a petition through fake representatives under the guise of the Reddy community, giving the impression that the matter was under review.

Putha Siva Sankar stated that such actions by Chandrababu Naidu not only disrespect Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy but also insult the people of Rayalaseema. He demanded that Eenadu issue a public apology for publishing misleading news that deceived the people of Andhra Pradesh.
